• Prices are set by the owner and may change without notice
• Domain availability is subject to change
• We reserve the right to refuse any sale at our discretion

2.1 Pricing

• All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD)
• Prices do not include applicable taxes or marketplace transfer fees
• "Make an Offer" domains are subject to negotiation
• We reserve the right to accept or reject any offer

2.2 Payment

• Transactions are typically completed through marketplaces like GoDaddy, Spaceship, or Sedo (escrow available on request)
• Payment must be received in full before domain transfer begins
• We accept payment methods supported by the chosen marketplace; other methods may be considered on request

2.3 Transfer

• Domain transfers typically complete within 24-48 hours after payment verification
• Buyer must provide valid registrar account information for transfer
• Buyer is responsible for accepting the transfer within the required timeframe
• Transfer delays due to buyer's registrar are not our responsibility

Exceptions may be considered only in cases where:

• The domain was misrepresented in the listing
• Transfer cannot be completed due to technical issues on our end
• Legal disputes arise regarding domain ownership

• Domain names sold may include generic terms, invented words, or combinations thereof. We make no guarantees regarding trademark availability or conflicts.
• Buyer is solely responsible for conducting trademark searches before purchasing.
• ZouhairHoldings is not liable for any trademark disputes arising after purchase.
• The ZouhairHoldings brand, logo, and website content are our intellectual property.

Specifically, we are not liable for:

• Loss of profits or revenue
• Business interruption
• Loss of data or information
• Trademark or intellectual property disputes
• Third-party claims against the buyer
